It’s covers 1.5 hectare and the construction area is 50,000 square meters. The total investment reaches 130 million. This estate characterized industry design, the principal part is international design masters and well-know brand design companies. The substance of this estate is exerting centralize domino effect and bring creation marketing, providing the integrity creative industrial chain. This project has been arranged as one of the most important projects in Shenzhen Culture Industrial “Eleventh Five-year plan” and TOP 3 Cultural Industry Projects.
