A team, which is not collaborating well, will produce unsatisfactory working results – which subsequently lead to a decreasing motivation and damages in the working climate. In our team coaching program we will focus on organization, cooperation and communication. The aim is to improve each individual’s professional acting capacity as well as the efficiency of the team as a whole.
